INDT | Refunds

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Courses are subject to minimum enrollments. If the minimum numbers of enrollments are not met, INDT reserves the right to cancel the session and offer you a full refund or transfer to another date and/or location.

We must receive written notification of cancellation ten business days or more prior to the first day of the course for a full refund. If a student reschedules or cancels a program six to nine business days before the class start date, only 75% of the course registration fee will be refunded. If a student reschedules or cancels a program five business days or fewer before the class start date, or if a student is a [ NO SHOW ] then no refund will be given. If INDT cancels a course, at least [ 5 days ] notice will be given and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation deadlines and Refunds

Cancelled by INDT, anytime = 100% Refund

10+ business days prior to start date** = 100% Refund

6-9 business days prior to start date** = 75% Refund

1-5 business days prior to start date** = NO Refund

No Show = No Refund

**Notifications notice must be received 5pm Friday prior to this occurrence

In the event that INDT must cancel the course due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued or credit applied toward a future course. INDT cannot be responsible for any cost associated with early travel arrangements including purchase of non-refundable airline tickets.
